Level 1-2: Take this class when you want need to get energized and don’t have a lot of time. Begin with breath of fire to connect to your center then move through a short sequence, awakening the spine and activating the core muscles. Take a big back bend to open the heart and chest muscles. Improve balance with side plank and ease into child’s pose to slow the breath back down. Savasana optional in this class.
