Kundalini yoga is like that secret sauce your grandmother used to make.

It can seem a bit strange at first, but once you experience it you will unlock the secrets of your heart, build strength and stamina, and release the energy located at the base of your spine. Kundalini yoga focuses on breath and movement and challenges its students both physically and mentally.

It is quite different than other forms of yoga, and no two classes are the same! It is great for beginners as it has the flexibility to push past your comfort zone and lets you go at your own pace.

Expect to breathe intensely, dance, jump, hold long poses and maybe even sing! Be brave.
