Restorative Yoga is a slow-moving yet powerful class that just melts stress away.

Restorative Yoga is a practice for those with intense & active lifestyles or who might be physically injured, stressed, or ill, looking to restore balance to the body.

Props and gravity do all the work while you lay there being completely supported doing absolutely nothing. It may seem counterintuitive when you are accustomed to life on the go, but I promise you your body, mind, and heart will love you for it! Expect to be on the floor, holding supported postures for 3-8 minutes.

Recommended props: 2 blocks, 1 bolster, 3 blankets, and possibly a strap.
