Vinyasa means to “place with intention”.

An active and fluid style of yoga, this practice is a wonderful way to build strength, flexibility, mental stamina, and calm all at once.

Everyone is welcome, however, we recommend that you start with a gentle or a level 1 class if you have never done Vinyasa before.

Expect to experience a range of postures: standing, seated, balancing, inverted, face down and face up, sun salutations, breath work, and a closing relaxation. This is a well-rounded practice designed to cultivate clarity in your body, mind, and soul.
