Decompress and Destress

All-levels: Decompress and destress with this sweet practice. This class is made up of only about five or six poses. This practice uses props that allow you to completely relax into the each posture. If you don’t have the exact props, you can improvise with what you have at home. Focus on relieving tension in the upper chest muscles & shoulders as well as low back & and inner hips. Postures are held for 5-10 minutes giving the body optimal time to unwind and deeply relax.
