Level 1-2: A wonderful class for those who are newer to yoga, but like to move and feel challenged. This class will start slow and move through sun salutations and a standing sequence. Take time to refine your standing poses with an emphasis on stretching the hamstrings and low back. Practice tree pose at the wall and then move to the floor to focus on the core muscles. Figure four pose for a gentle hip opener. Bridge or back bends to release tension, seated forward fold stretches and rest in savasana.
