Yin yoga Expect a slow-moving but challenging class.

This class is for you if you are tired, agitated, your thoughts are driving you crazy, or your energy feels like a Jackson Pollack painting. It involves long-held, static stresses of the deep connective tissues, allowing them to be remolded. It may include props and it does include long holds (typically 3-5 minutes sometimes longer).

This practice mindfully reduces stress but it is not intended to heal broken bodies the way that Restorative Yoga does. It is designed to create a deeper level of mental and physical flexibility.
