But here’s the thing..

Starting where you are changes every day

Maybe you went hiking yesterday and your hamstrings are hurtin.  Maybe you just want to sweat and take it to the next level.  Or maybe you had back-to-back meetings all day and instead of more intensity you need to simmer down.

Think about which class will bring balance back into your life.

Of course, sometimes it’s all about what time works for you and we totally get that.

Foundations: Beginner-All-Levels

This class is designed to be a foundational class for vinyasa yoga (yoga flow). In this class we will continually go over the structure of Sun Salutations A and B, how to safely navigate the various basic standing, seated, supine postures and transitions.  You will build the core strength and flexibility to participate in a Basic Flow class. Though this class is a great place for beginners to prepare for vinyasa yoga, it is also a great class for seasoned practitioners to practice the art of slowing down and refocus on proper alignment mindful transitions and sweet strength.  Expect to fall in love with yoga.

Essentials Flow: Beginner-All-Levels

This class is for newcomers or people who haven’t worked out for a while and want to ease back into things. It’s also for the seasoned practitioner who wants to refine and master the fundamentals. We introduce a well-rounded sequence of yoga poses designed to strengthen muscles that are weak and stretch muscles that are tight. You will learn a basic flow sequence that teaches the foundations of Vinyasa yoga. Expect a slow-to-moderate pace with variations of sun salutations (a connected series of postures linked to breath), standing, balance, and seated poses as well as attention to breath work. You will be gently challenged and playfully inspired while building a strong foundation for your practice.

Early Bird: All-Levels

A perfect way to begin the day! For all levels of yoga practitioners from beginner to advanced stages. An invigorating combination of stretch, flow, and breathing techniques offering everyone a positive start to a great morning.

Restorative: All-Levels

Restorative is a form of practice for people who might be physically injured, stressed or ill, or for those with intense and active lifestyles who are looking to restore balance to the body.  Props and gravity do all the work while you lay there being completely supported doing absolutely nothing. Whaaat? Do nothing?  It may seem counterintuitive when you are accustomed to life on the go, but I promise you your body will love you for it!  Expect a slow moving but powerful class as your stress just melts away.

Flow & Restore: All-Levels

A perfect blend of a short easy flow for the first half of the class and then relaxation with some deep stretching and sweet heart openers for the 2nd half.  A great class for people who want to get the body moving, but not too intensely, stretch slow down and connect to the breath.

Vinyasa: Intermediate

You might have heard of a “Flow” class.  A Vinyasa style practice is going to link the breath from one posture to the next. or flow from one posture to the next.  It is an athletic yet beautiful practice. This class is for the creative type who loves to move and be challenged.  Playful yet well-rounded and powerful, this class is suited for people with a solid foundation of basic yoga poses. However, modifications will be given to individualize your practice by establishing your own degree of intensity.  Expect a moderate to fast paced class with music, a good warm up, sun salutations, standing poses, arm balances, backbends, seated poses, core work, inversions, and deep relaxation.

Yin Yoga: All-Levels

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more.  Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body, with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.  Yin yoga is intended to be a complement to more active forms of yoga and exercise.  Expect a more meditative approach to yoga, cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.

Yoga & Body Rolling: All-Levels

Yoga and Body Rolling is a unique blend of yoga basics, deep tissue release, qi gong, core work and sacred sound.  This class utilizes foam rollers and various tools to stimulate bone tissue, increase circulation, ease pain, deepen your roots and center your mind and body.

Kundalini Yoga: All-Levels

Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yoga Bhajan is an exciting and transformative practice. A dynamic blend of asana (postures), pranayama (breathe) and Mantra (sound), no two classes are alike. This is the yoga of awareness. It will quickly cut thru and dissolve mental, emotional and energetic blocks in the body. It is a very thoughtful and community centered practice. Come and experience YOU inside of YOU.
