Foundations 8/8/24

In this session, we will move through a gentle yet active flow, focusing on fundamental postures to build strength, flexibility, and balance.

Enjoy a mindfully guided standing sequence feeling present in each moment. Improve strength and stamina while gaining a greater awareness of these basic yoga postures.

Increase core strength and mental concentration in a gentle and compassionate way.  Rest deeply in savasana.

Expect a mix of, strong standing postures, stretching, breath work, and deep relaxation.
