Let’s move!  In this session, I will guide you through a gentle yet invigorating flow, focusing on fundamental postures to build strength, flexibility, and balance.

We’ll move through a series of postures that energize the body and calms the mind. Expect to move through accessible poses, mindful transitions, and opportunities for deep relaxation.
