The Art of Stillness 08-16-25

Summer’s winding down—but the heat is still high. It’s the perfect time to slow down, cool off, and reset.

This class is your invitation to hit pause. We’ll move through a soulful Yin practice designed to cool the body and calm your nervous system. Lean into long holds (3–4 minutes) that create spaciousness in the body, mind, and heart.

Practice stillness and let your life unfold gently and easefully.

We’ll focus on the key places that tend to hang on to stress and tightness. Expect plenty of space to soften, breathe, and just be.

We’ll finish with a long, dreamy Savasana to let everything to settle.

Come stretch, melt, and reset — lighten up in the heat of summer.
