Great. Then you’re in the right place.
This experience isn’t about becoming yogis—it’s about offering your team a meaningful reset. Everything is invitational, nothing is performative. It’s not a class to “do right”—it’s space to simply be.
Most sessions are designed for 4–15 people.
For larger groups, just reach out—we can accommodate 35-40 people with a little advanced notice.
Perfect. At Ironwood, we don’t ask you to believe anything, perform anything, or subscribe to any particular practice or philosophy.
The Creative Reset is about rest, presence, and reconnecting with the part of yourself that often gets left behind in busy work and full calendars.
This experience isn’t about becoming anything other than becoming more fully you. More grounded. More clear. More available to your own creativity, energy, and sense of connection. You’re welcome exactly as you are.
My approach is down-to-earth, professional, and deeply human.
No chanting, no incense (unless requested), no sanskrit language unless that’s something you want.
Just breath, movement, stillness, and time to reset.
Exactly. Instead of icebreakers or trustfalls, we offer something more meaningful: a shared pause. Time to slow down, reconnect, and return with renewed clarity and creativity.
Yes. We offer Restorative, Yin, Gentle Flow, Strength-Building, or a Custom Blend. We’ll connect in advance to understand your team’s needs and energy, and create an experience that aligns.
Yin Yoga
Slow. Spacious. Deep.
This class is for you if you are tired, agitated, your thoughts are driving you crazy, or your energy feels like a Jackson Pollack painting. It involves long-held, static stresses of the deep connective tissues, allowing them to be remolded. It may include props and it does include long holds (typically 3-5 minutes sometimes longer). This practice mindfully reduces stress but it is not intended to heal broken bodies the way that Restorative Yoga does. It is designed to create a deeper level of mental and physical flexibility.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a practice for those with intense & active lifestyles or who might be physically injured, stressed, or ill, looking to restore balance to the body.
Props and gravity do all the work while you lay there being completely supported doing absolutely nothing. It may seem counterintuitive when you are accustomed to life on the go, but I promise you your body, mind, and heart will love you for it! Expect to be on the floor, holding supported postures for 3-8 minutes.
Recommended props: 2 blocks, 1 bolster, 3 blankets, and possibly a strap.
Strength Building
(Hatha or Vinyasa)
An active and fluid style of yoga, this practice is a wonderful way to build strength, flexibility, mental stamina, and calm all at once.
Expect to experience a range of postures: standing, seated, balancing, inverted, face down and face up, sun salutations, breath work, and a closing relaxation. This is a well-rounded practice designed to cultivate clarity in your body, mind, and soul.
Gentle Flow
A soothing and accessible practice that blends mindful movement with intentional breath.
Gentle Flow is perfect for those seeking a slower pace, recovering from injury, or newer to yoga. Expect soft stretches, grounding postures, and calming transitions that leave you feeling centered, open, and refreshed. All levels welcome.
Blended Practice
A balanced class designed to meet you where you are.
This thoughtfully curated mix may include strength-building poses, gentle movement, yin stretches, and restorative rest—depending on the energy of the group and any specific requests. Always grounded in breath and presence, this class invites you to listen to your body and honor what feels supportive. We will tailor it to your needs.
This is an in-studio experience only.
Being at Ironwood Yoga Studios—tucked inside Ironwood Mills—is part of what makes the reset so transformative.
The space is curated to support rest and creativity in a way most offices can’t.
Wear clothes you can move in comfortably—think breathable, stretchy, and relaxed. No special yoga gear needed.
Yes. We provide high-quality mats and props, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
We recommend arriving with a mostly empty stomach—yoga tends to feel better that way. A light snack an hour or so beforehand is okay.
Yes, we have plenty of on-site parking for 50+ guests. No need to circle the block or fight for street spots.
Yes. We have two changing rooms and a private bathroom with space to freshen up, or take a moment before and after class.
Yes. Our 2-hour sessions include 30 minutes for relaxed integration—think casual conversation, tea, or journaling time. For other sessions, extended time can be arranged upon request.
You bet. We’re proud to share the craftsmanship and creativity behind Ironwood Mills. A brief tour can be included with any session.
We only offer a handful of these private sessions each month to keep the experience intimate.

Leah Bosworth is the founder of Ironwood Yoga Studios and co-owner of Ironwood Mills, where craftsmanship, embodiment, and soul-centered living collide.
She began practicing yoga in 1997 (nearly 30 years ago, eek!) while working as an actor in New York City. What started as a grounding ritual during her acting days in New York City became a lifelong path of study, healing, and self-discovery.
For over a decade, Leah studied and taught alongside Fay Simpson, creator of the Lucid Body Technique—a powerful psycho-physical process rooted in Jungian psychology, chakra energy, and holistic embodiment.
This training gave her a profound understanding of how we move through the world—how shadow and persona live in the body, and how breath, alignment, and intention can unlock deeper truth and freedom. The influence of this work continues to shape her teaching and her life.
In 2005, she followed her adventurous spirit west, trading the concrete of NYC for the spaciousness of the Arizona desert and eventually founded Ironwood Yoga Studios in 2014—transforming a raw industrial space into a sanctuary for stillness, movement, and community.
When COVID changed everything, Leah made the difficult decision to close the studio to public classes. But she adapted—creating an online platform, developing new offerings, and shifting focus to Ironwood Mills, the custom furniture business she co-founded with her partner, Scott Mills.
Now, both businesses are deeply intertwined. Ironwood Yoga lives on through online classes, seasonal pop-ups, and wellness experiences woven into the creative ecosystem of Ironwood Mills. Together, they reflect Leah’s belief that beauty, presence, and inner work belong in every part of life—from the yoga mat to the workshop to the dinner table.
With nearly three decades of yoga and embodiment experience, and over a decade running and evolving two mission-driven businesses, Leah knows the pressures of modern life—and the necessity of practices that bring us back to ourselves. Her teaching blends precision with soul, inviting you to slow down, breathe deeper, and remember what matters the most. YOU.
