What is conscious dance?

The evolution in body-mind-spirit & Well Being, it is music, movement and community woven together to create an opportunity for you to simply let go and allow yourself free expression in a safe, judgment – free environment.  Irresistible music takes you on a rich journey of world beats, house, tribal and ambient electronic rhythms. You may experience flowing states of meditation, profound healing and insights, and the awakening of your inner wild nature! You may dance alone or with others. There is no right way to do it. It’s YOUR dance. Open to people of all ages, shapes, fitness and abilities.

Conscious dance guidelines:

  • Move your body in your own unique and awesome way
  • Inclusive atmosphere and life affirming intention
  • Absence of alcohol and drugs
  • No talking or picture taking
  • Be mindful of others
  • Most likely barefoot, though not necessarily
