With our Summer Series at Ironwood Yoga Studios
Summer can stir up a lot—heat, hurry, overstimulation. But it can also be a time to pause, soften, and come home to yourself.
This season, I’ve created a series of Restorative and Yin Yoga pop-up classes designed to help you cool the body, calm the mind, and reconnect with what matters most. Whether you’re looking to stretch deep, rest deeply, or simply breathe in a quieter space, these classes are here to support you.
Each class is intentional, soul-nourishing movement and quiet. Through this stillness, we create space for your nervous system to unwind and your whole being to soften.
Come to one or come to all—either way, I’d love to see you.
Restorative Yoga Classes
These deeply restful sessions offer full support with bolsters, blankets, and space to do absolutely nothing. Designed to soothe the nervous system and nurture your soul.
